Cayenne and Lemon for treatment of Cellulite.

This really works, my wife has tried it for the past 5 days and there is a noticeable difference already, give it a bash, what other than cellulite have you got to lose.

We have gone one step further and take it as hot as you can handle (chilli) with one freshly picked lemon, squeezed and heat it up (temperature) to that of tea and drink it with meals,  especially those fried or greasy foods, three times a day. (more…)

Cayenne Old Folk Remedies

Muscle Rub
1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, pinch each of cayenne pepper and hot mustard powder
Mix the ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes. Massage into muscles, avoiding your eyes and any sensitive or broken skin. (more…)

The best Cayenne Tincture is made, using Dr Schulze method:

1. Start to make this and any Tincture, if possible, on a new Moon.
2. (First mixture) Take a Quart Canning Jar and fill it 1/4 full with DRIED Cayenne Peppers, getting the hottest ones (i.e. – Habanero, African Bird, Serrano, Jalapeno – 90,000+ Heat Units) that you can obtain.
